Urban with a little Caamp — Free Watercolor Tutorial

I love to paint buildings with perspective! I started this one a few weeks ago and found it on my desk with just the basic watercolor shapes. Sometimes if I let a painting sit, I never go back — but this one drew me in. Always embracing wobbly lines and imperfect painting!

Step 1 — Paint shapes. Simple shapes with colors you choose. This is your foundation.
Step 2 — Add ink to define shapes. Be messy! Ink gives shapes foundation. Don't stress, just draw.
Step 3 — Add shadows and dark colors for depth. Lots of darker than you think colors. This is where it all comes alive.
