Purple Pansies — Original Mini Watercolor

Purple pansies with those little faces they always seem to have. Pansies are one of my favorites to paint — so forgiving, so cheerful. I used deep violet with a touch of ink to give them structure, then let the watercolor bloom into the petals. Pure joy in 4 x 5 inches.
